Privacy Policy
This describes what Foam Fit collects when you sign up, pay, and watch, and how it's used.
What we collect
- Your email address, used for sign-in links and access management.
- Your access tier and expiration date.
- IP address and timestamp when a video download link is issued, for signed-URL security and abuse prevention.
We do not process or store your card details — card payments are handled entirely by Square. Off-platform payments (Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash) happen outside this site; we only record the redemption code and the email it was issued to.
Who we share it with
Foam Fit relies on a small set of service providers to operate:
- Square — card payment processing.
- Resend — delivering sign-in and account emails.
- Cloudflare R2 — private video storage and delivery.
- Neon and Vercel — database and application hosting.
We don't sell member data.
Data retention
TODO(Jaime): confirm how long member and access records are kept after access expires, and whether members can request deletion of their account/email on request.
Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in after you click your magic link. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
