Terms of Service

Foam Fit grants members streaming and, on eligible tiers, download access to a series of guided foam rolling, mobility, and breath work video segments. Access is tied to the tier you purchase — 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or lifetime — as described on the pricing page.

Access is managed by email-based sign-in links (no password). Keep your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to that inbox can access your membership. Access codes and purchased links are for your personal use and are not intended to be shared or resold.

Card payments are processed by Square. Off-platform payments (Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash, or direct arrangement) are confirmed manually by Jaime and unlocked with a redemption code.

Video content is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not redistribute, re-upload, or share downloaded segments outside your own devices.
